Wanderers Clubrooms
We are well used by several community groups and businesses who hire our clubrooms. Some of the activities we are used for are:

Brightwater Hall
The Brightwater Hall is a large facility.
Hire costs vary depending on requirements and timing of the function. Please enquire for a quote.
The hall consists of:
A large hall area commonly used for sports, funerals, parties, work functions etc.
A kitchen can be hired in conjunction with the main hall area.
Internal toilets are available.
The hall is located on the Brightwater Domain (aka Centennial Park).
Lord Rutherford Park Pavilion
The Lord Rutherford Park Pavilion is located in Lord Rutherford Park.
Hire costs vary depending on requirements and timing of the function. Please enquire for a quote.
The pavilion consists of:
A main pavilion area
A joining kitchen
External toilets
Plunket Rooms
The Plunket Rooms are a small facility located within the bounds of the Brightwater Domain (aka Centennial Park).
It features:
A small main area

Wanderers Gym
Our gym is available to hire for personal training.
Personal Training
$7.50 / 30 min interval.

Terms and Conditions
Payment
Payment must be made in full at least 3 days before the date of the booking.
Deposits are generally required for all bookings. They will vary in size depending on the event being held. The deposit will be refunded if the facility is left in a clean state satisfactory to our bookings administrator.
Payment is to be made to either the Tasman District Council or Wanderers Community Sports Club depending on the facility booked. You will be informed of which organisation to pay when you confirm your booking.
The hirer is to make good any breakage / damage caused during their booking. It is the responsibility of the hirer to inform of any damages.
Cleaning
The facility must be left in a clean state following the booking. This includes leaving all floors and surfaces in a clean state, removing all waste from the facilities and putting all equipment back in the correct storage areas.
It is also the responsibility of the hirer to ensure outdoor areas used during the booking are left in a clean state and all waste removed.
No nails, pins, staples or other items that leave holes in walls are to be used. All sticking products (i.e. sellotape, blu tac) must be removed following the booking.
General
No smoking or vaping in any facility.
The facility must be vacated by 1am on the day following the booking. From time to time, an earlier finish time may be imposed.
Music must be kept to reasonable levels.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to investigate whether or not a special license is required for the consumption of alcohol during a function.
The hirer will need to sign a fire evacuation scheme form and nominate a fire warden for the duration of the booking.
